Refund policy

• Digital products and online courses are not returnable and are not eligible for refunds.
• Books with proof of purchase may be returned in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must contain all components. 
• Books must not have been written in.
• All returns incur a $7.50 restocking fee per item.
• We don't accept returns on any accessories (clothing, hats, stickers, etc.) or gift cards.

Shipping

• Shipping charges are not refundable. 
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• In an exchange, shipping for the new item is the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@martianmathematics.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive the wrong book, we will upgrade the shipping and send you the right one. If you decide that you don't want us to reship your items, then the $7.50 restocking fee per item still applies.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or clothing items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the $7.50 restocking fee per item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
